Privacy
1. Who is responsible
Jetify decides what is done with the personal data described here. Write to simondesmond5000@gmail.com about anything on this page.
2. What we hold
- Account. The name and email address you sign up with, and a password stored as a hash by our authentication provider. We never store the password itself and cannot read it.
- Orders. What you bought, when, the price, the state it reached, and — for a Premium gift — the recipient username you gave us. For a verification, the service and country of the number, never the code that was delivered.
- Balance and ledger. Every funding, purchase, refund and reversal, with a timestamp. This record is append-only: it is corrected by adding an entry, never by deleting one.
- Payment references. When payments are live, an identifier and status for each payment, from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Technical logs. IP address, browser identifier and timestamps, kept by our host to serve the site and to defend it against abuse.
We do not ask for, and must never be given, a Telegram password or login code. We do not collect your own phone number.
3. Who else sees it
These suppliers process data on our instructions, for the purpose stated:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Holds the account, order and ledger records.
- Cloudflare — serves the site and handles DNS. Sees the technical logs above.
- Our payment provider — processes a top-up and reports back whether it settled.
- Our verification supplier — receives the service and country requested, and returns a number and a code.
- Our Premium supplier — receives the recipient username and the term purchased, in order to deliver the gift.
Some of these operate outside your country, so your data may be transferred to and processed in another jurisdiction. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Cookies and local storage
We set a cookie that keeps you signed in. We store one preference — whether you chose the light or dark theme — in your browser’s local storage. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
5. How long
Account and order records are kept while the account exists, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep financial records. Ledger entries are kept permanently: they are the record of money moving, and deleting one would make the balance unauditable. Technical logs are kept briefly and then discarded.
6. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to simondesmond5000@gmail.com. Deletion removes your account and personal details; ledger entries survive in a form that no longer identifies you as the counterparty, because the financial record has to remain consistent.
You can delete your account yourself from your profile.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted, and the server holds only the credentials it needs to serve a request. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as we are required to.
8. Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the current version.
