Use Order enquiry and include the order reference from your orders page. Tell us what happened — the more specific, the faster this goes.
Your account
Use Account enquiry for access problems, a change to your details, or a request for a copy of your data. To close your account, use delete account.
Report abuse
Use Abuse report if this service is being used to harass someone, to defraud, or to impersonate you or your business. Include what you saw and where. We investigate every report, we will suspend an account that breaches our terms, and we cooperate with law enforcement where we are required to.
Privacy
Use Privacy request to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. What we hold, and for how long, is set out in the privacy notice.
Something is broken
Use Site problem. If the whole site is unreachable rather than one page, say so in the subject — that is a different problem and it is handled differently.
